Concrete is Porous is a large group show featuring 29 artists, already fabled and storied, having first seen the light of day in Kensington Market’s Secret Handshake Gallery last November in Toronto (2018).

Since there has never been an agreed upon definition of concrete poetry in its long trajectory of existence spanning most of the20th Century, suffice it to say that concretepoetry is the evidence left after courageous writers young and old explore the overlap and borderblur resulting from their investigations of word and image, or of language and pictures.
