Set Downstream + Geopatra

Based in the Niagara region, Set Downstream fuses acoustic and electric sounds based in blues, folk, and rock traditions. Their songs blend the talents of the band members and create a complex and uniquely urgent drive to communicate a shared love of music that is both dynamic and unique. Through lyrically complex lines and vocal harmonies, the band tells it as they feel it in their bodies and streaming from their hearts.

Geopatra is an experimental ambient project by Niagara-based players Anthony Perri, Jesse Matthews and Marshall Bureau. Playing on their taste for improvisation, they draw on a variety of sounds to create a wandering aleatoric journey of worn woven textures.
