In the spring 2013 local artist Kevin Richardson showed one of his “improved paintings” at the NAC. What he calls “improved paintings” are pictures he buys and on which he adds something anachronistic.

His work In the park, the horses didn’t mind shows a concert of the Rolling Stones taking place in a 19th-century park with elegant ladies and horses. In turn, the artist has kindly given us permission to “improve” his painting with text and/or images…
