bill bissett, the hero of many of our stories, will arrive in St. Catharines soon! Factions of his fans are assembling at the Niagara Artists Centre to raise our magic rainbows in his honour.Here’s what you need to know: Saturday 16 November 2019 at 7pm please plan on coming to the Niagara Artists Centre at 354 St. Paul Street. There will be music, poetry, and some film footage. There will be a noise/sound/jam band on hand on the chance the evening unfolds unexpectedly. The “Concrete is Porous” exhibition will still be on display at the NAC, so this event doubles as a reception party for the show, and triples as a launch of Breth.
