Tony Baker (Jimmy Williams), a Viet Nam vet who is now an L.A. detective is on the trail of the ‘Mekong Dragon’, assisted by his partner Brian O’Malley (Sandy Palm) and police Captain Washington (Robert Z’Dar). This film had a troubled production history and it’s release only exists on VHS in Canada, with a French dubbed DVD circulating through movie trading circles. Watch this truly rare oddity and learn about how z-grade filmmaking moguls really make their mark.
