Multiple Mapleblues award winner, MAUREEN BROWN will be reuniting with her original guitarist MITCH LEWIS, who will be paired up with the fabulous DAVE TUFFORD (Big Dave Trio) on guitar, the rock-steady, DAVE MULLEN on bass and joining us, from THE BOOMERS and the IAN THOMAS BAND, will be the delightful RICK GRATTON on drums, just back from a successful event in Argentina.
Maureen Brown is a multi-award winning drummer, singer, percussionist, bandleader, actor, artist, writer AND recording artist…need we say more…a true Renaissance woman, Maureen Brown has performed with or for such great artists as Kim Wilson (The Fabulous Thunderbirds), John Hammond, Otis Rush, Watermelon Slim, Big Mama Thornton, Oscar Peterson, Ian Thomas to name but a few. Free-lancing and fronting her own band(s), Maureen also plays a “female” washboard and enjoys the adventure behind the tubs.
