SMALL FEATS 2023 | Call for Submissions

We’re looking for suh-moking art works to sell in support of your friendly neighbourhood Artist-run Centre this December 15th and 16th. Fill out the registration form below to help feed the online buying frenzy!

As always, NAC will supply either 12×12″ canvases or pieces hardboard—make your request on the form below—but we also welcome artists to use whatever materials they’d like.

Fresh this year, you can make your Small Feat any shape you like as long as it’s 1 square foot. Just imagine the possibilities: rectangles, triangles, rhombi, tondos! We have obliterated the confinement of the square. It’s time to catch up to those innovative corporate types and, uh, think outside the box!

A total of no more than THREE artworks will be accepted. Please don’t submit more than that!

All art works a square foot or less will be sold online for $200. Contributing artists choose to donate all or half the proceeds of their work to NAC.

Work on materials other than those supplied by NAC (canvas or hardboard) such as photos, mixed-media, or works on paper are also accepted.

You must be a member in good standing to participate. We will follow up with you if your membership has lapsed.

Artists must provide an image of their completed works to us by Monday 11 December and the online sale takes place Friday 15th and Saturday
16th of December online at nac.org
